The location is very good, making it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Great shower and bathtub. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests.

Excellent location, close to a large train station, you can get to different stations without any problems. Not far from the hotel there is a Museum Island. Right across the road there is a pier where boats depart for a cruise along the river. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us buy a city pass and cruise tickets. The room is nice, clean and big. Comfortable bathroom, mini fridge, excellent air conditioning. Very good breakfast, many different dishes, vegetables, sweets. The waiters will bring you coffee. We chose the room with view to the river - very nice.

Location great. 3 minutes from S&U bahn allowing access to all main sites, although walking distance from Br’bg gate. Immediate access to river front, many bars & restaurants. Room good size,Rituals toiletries. Left luggage facility on last day. Very clean

Melia is a beautiful hotel, in the heart of (one of the many) city center(s) of Berlin. We had tickets to the Friedrichstadtpalast on Saturday evening and for that purpose, there was no better possible location! From the first communication by message, to the warm welcome in the lobby to support with mailing a postal letter (yes! they still do have a real reception with real people who help with real things!) everything was just as it should be. Also, the parking garage in the basement was very convenient. Despite being so central, and despite our window opening to the main street, the room was quiet and undisturbed.

Our room was clean and quiet and the beds comfortable. The beakfast buffet was VERY well equipped and the staff present and helpful all during our stay. The hotel is situated right next to Friedrichstrasse station so access by public transport is super easy - and the hotel is within walking distance from both Brandburger Tor and the museum island.

This past August, we had the pleasure of staying at the Meliá Hotel in Berlin, located right on the banks of the Spree River. The hotel has a contemporary and elegant feel. The staff honored my request for a quiet room, which initially came with a crib we didn't need, but it was promptly removed. Our room and bathroom were spacious and well-designed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Berlin’s most iconic landmarks. Meliá is the hotel to stay at when in Berlin.

Great location and fairly easy to find, checking in, if arriving by car, could be awkward depending on traffic and time. Check in was easy and swift, I parked in the underground car park overnight, plenty of spaces but expensive at 38 euros. Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Had the tapas meal in the bar by reception, all very good and comfortable, great staff and helpful. Breakfast was very good, great selection and comfortable restaurant. Overall excellent, would stay again.

The hotel was clean in compare to other hotels in Berlin. The air-conditioning was working decent. The bed and duvet and pillows were very good. The room was big enough and we had a little balcony but actually we had to upgrade our room to have a little balcony and I don’t know about the standard rooms! The hotel had every transportation service near it!
